Does anyone know what the requirements are for performing massage at special events/festivals that are not within the jurisdiction that issued your business license?
Especially as this pertains to crossing into a jurisdiction that has more stringent requirements that the 'home' jurisdiction - within the great state of California and it's confusing land of no state issued business license.

Is a special permit/business license required, or would the one issued by the 'home' jurisdiction be applicable.
